TH collaborated with 72andSunny to create a high impact street art campaign, turning a collection of steps into a living timeline of how the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was enacted by painting portraits of key people involved and vividly detailing their stories. TH handled scouting and permitting of nine handicap-accessible staircases at high traffic locations such as Carnegie Library, the National Portrait Gallery, Newseum, National Museum of American History, Gallaudet University and Woodrow Wilson Plaza in Washington, D.C. and managed the printing and installation of the artwork at each venue. Sign language interpreters were stationed at each location to ensure the message was received by any and all visitors to the spaces.
